GazelleTel Technical Support hours are:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time
Saturdays from 8am to noon Pacific Time

 

After Hours

After hours support is available on an emergency basis. For example, if your business operates during night hours or weekends and your phones go offline, please do not hesitate to call in for support. Our after hours support is handled through voicemails, so all you need to do is call in like normal and leave our support team a voicemail. An on call agent will respond to your voicemail as soon as possible that same day.

During your phone call, the agent you are speaking with will make notes about the reason for you call, and may ask you for your email address. This is so that they both you and GazelleTel can keep a record of the call and use the email for any follow up correspondence that may be needed for your issue.
