SMS integration is only available with ReachUC Plus licensing and valid 10DLC registration.  If you are not currently subscribed to ReachUC Plus or have not completed your 10DLC registration, please open a ticket with support.

For SMS to work correctly, the number that is used to send/receive SMS must point directly to the user's extension.  Numbers pointing to ring groups or auto-attendants cannot be used to send SMS.

1.) Click on the Message icon(envelope) at the top of the screen

2.) Click the plus icon to start a new txt message.

3.) Send the phrase "subscribe" to your direct dial number, you want associated with the SMS.
