In the Call History section of the portal, users are able to view a call's "Call Flow".
Call Flow presents the call data in accessible terms (as supposed to complex data and information packets). Viewing Call Flow, allows more users are able to troubleshoot and fix the "why" of when a call does not work as expected.
While the Call Flow is usually pretty self explanatory in how it presents itself, the bellow chart shows some common SIP Messages and their Corresponding Call Flow Translation. This can be useful if anyone is wanting to dive deeper into what may be happening on a particular call.
